Chantelle Plauche´, LCSW
Chief Executive Officer
Chantelle Plauché founded L'esprit in 2015. She obtained her Master’s degree in Social Work in 2006 and has since worked with a diverse range of individuals and families as a mental health counselor both in schools and in her private practice. She has formed strong working relationships with many local organizations and school and community program leaders. Through her work, she became aware of the unmet need for further youth mental health services in the community, thus, giving her the idea for L’esprit which she opened in June of 2015. Since then, L’esprit has added youth day treatment, adult day treatment, adult mental health services and chemical dependency for youth and adults under the leadership of Chantelle. When she is not working, Chantelle enjoys spending time with her 3 children, gardening, raising chickens, and traveling.

Jon Stephani
Chief Operating Officer
Jon Stephani serves as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at L'esprit, bringing extensive expertise in organizational leadership, fiscal management, and community development. A native Montanan raised in Corvallis, Jon launched his career with AmeriCorps in Beaverhead County, directing collegiate volunteer teams and establishing critical educational partnerships across rural Montana. Professionally, he specializes in both non-profit and for-profit performance-based budget management, grant writing, and administration. Trained in Situational Leadership and Group and Team Dynamics, Jon excels at creating collaborative environments and has designed numerous comprehensive training programs for staff, parents, and youth, with a special recognition for seamlessly connecting rural school systems with vital community resources. Outside of work, he is an avid "rock hound" and outdoor enthusiast who can frequently be found kayaking the Yellowstone River or hiking Park County trail systems.

Lyndee Kuehn
Lead Executive Assistant
Lyndee plays a vital role as L’esprit’s administrative lead, expertly managing payroll, new staff onboarding, various insurances, and daily finances with care and precision. With years of experience and strong expertise in QuickBooks and spreadsheets, she approaches every task with dedication and a positive spirit. Known for her warmth and approachable nature, Lyndee finds genuine joy in supporting her team and fostering a welcoming, organized environment where everyone feels valued. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family (especially her granddaughter), reading, tending her plants, and taking long walks on the beach collecting shells.

Nate Barrere
Director of Technology &
Business Operations
Nate brings a dynamic blend of technical leadership and operational strategy to the L'esprit team as the Director of Technology and Business Operations. A Livingston native, Nate returned to Montana post-pandemic after a decade in the Pacific Northwest, joining L'esprit in early 2022 to initially support local youth and families as a behavioral specialist. Following his graduation with a BA in Media Design and Communications in 2024, he formally integrated his technical and creative talents to advance the organization's infrastructure. In his current director role, Nate oversees employee orientation and onboarding, optimizes internal communication channels, and leads the integration of back-end systems, while continuously connecting staff with vital resources to foster internal development and team cohesion.

Jen Holland
Family Support Specialist/ FSS Supervisor
Jennifer Holland began her journey at L’esprit in 2018 working as a Quality Control Officer and a Behavioral Specialist. Jennifer is currently a Family Support Specialist and the Family Support Specialist Supervisor. She graduated from the University of Madison Wisconsin with a bachelor's in Community and Environmental Sociology.

Alli McClennen
Family Support Specialist/ Wellness Coordinator
Alli McClennen, Family Support Specialist, joined L’esprit in 2015, working as a behavior specialist in the CSCT program. Alli currently provides support at Eastside to youth and their families as a Family Support Specialist. Alli also heads the L'esprit Wellness Team. She received her Bachelors in Early Childhood Development at the University of Montana.

John Belew
Family Support Specialist
John joined L'esprit in April 2023 as a Family Support Specialist, turning a passion for coaching youth sports into a career supporting families. His work is inspired by his own childhood experiences and a dedication to community.
Outside of his role, John stays active by coaching local basketball, football, and baseball. He also enjoys reading, spending time with his bulldogs, and working with his wife's horses.

Shannon Locknane-Bruce, LCSW
FSCT Therapist
Shannon brings over six years of evidence-based experience to L’esprit. A Montana native with clinical experience in DC, Baltimore, and Mississippi, she holds a degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. Shannon specializes in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and personality disorders, with a practice centered on strengthening individuals, couples, and families through grounded, collaborative care. Inspired by the "Legend of the Starfish," she believes that meaningful change happens one insight at a time. Outside the office, Shannon enjoys photography, genealogy, and cheering on marching bands, but finds her greatest joy in time spent with her two daughters.

Anita Hauff
Family Support Specialist
Anita is a lifelong Montanan with a passion for the outdoors, Anita joined the organization in June 2026 as a Family Support Specialist. She holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from MSU Billings and is currently mastering the intricacies of the FSCT program as she prepares to complete her professional licensure this winter, after which she will transition into the role of an FSCT therapist. When she isn't focused on her clinical work, Anita stays active through hiking, skiing, camping, gardening, cooking, reading, and music, and she deeply treasures the time she spends connecting with her family and close friends.

Julianna Talbot
Family Support Specialist
Julianna serves as a Family Support Specialist (FSS) for the FSCT team at Winans Elementary. She initially joined the organization on the administrative team, where her background in Sociology and strong organizational skills helped ensure smooth daily operations. Driven by a passion for direct client care, Julianna transitioned to her current role, where she excels at working with young children and brings an abundance of joy and empathy to her daily routine. Now a Livingston resident, Julianna is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for everyone and enjoys reading, movies, dancing, geology, and spending time with her family and pets.

Adrienne Hinton
Family Support Specialist
Adrienne Boyd Hinton joined the organization in June of 2026 and has a deep, lifelong connection to Montana while bringing her talents to her role as an FSS with the East Side School. Born in Wilsall, Adrienne’s education journey spanned from Clyde Park, Montana, to Santa Fe, New Mexico, before she ultimately returned to her roots to graduate from Montana State University in Bozeman. Adrienne has been married to her husband, Tom, for 23 years, and together they are raising their two sons, Sam and Ian. Her personal history and dedication to the region provide her with a unique perspective on the community we serve.

Mercedes Seidel, PCLC
FSCT Therapist
Sadie joined L’esprit in May of 2026 and has quickly become an invaluable member of our clinical team. She recently obtained her PCLC licensure, marking her official transition into her role as an FSCT therapist. A true Montana native, Sadie brings a grounded, warm energy to her practice that mirrors her love for the outdoors. When she isn’t supporting families, you can find her tending to her menagerie of goats, chickens, dogs, and cats, or experimenting in the kitchen to whip up something delicious.

Fiona Shinn
Family Support Specialit / Youth Case Manager
Fiona is currently attending Ithaca College, pursuing a degree in Psychology with minors in Neuroscience and Theatre. She is deeply passionate about advocacy, mental healthcare, and the intersections of psychology and social/legal systems. Having grown up in Livingston, she is excited to build hands-on experience in her field while helping others in her home community. Fiona joined L'esprit in May of 2026, where she currently supports Winans as an FSS and is beginning her hybrid role with youth case management.

Janella Johnson, LCSW
PACT Outpatient Therapist
Janella Johnson, LCSW, began her work at L’esprit Behavioral Health Center in 2018 as a case manager, mentor, and working with adults with severe disabling mental illness in the Adult Day Treatment Program. She graduated with her Masters in Social Work in 2019 and now serves as an outpatient therapist with a focus on working with adults with SDMI and has been trained in implementing EMDR. Janella also works as the Community Outreach Coordinator for L’esprit, actively participating in community coalitions for suicide prevention and crisis response. Additionally, she serves as the chairperson for the Park County Human Trafficking Task Force where she collaborates with leaders throughout the state on combating and ending human trafficking through prevention, protection, and prosecution.

David Drake, LCSW
PACT Therapist / Main Street Manager
David Drake joined the L’esprit Mental Health Agency in 2015 as an outpatient therapist. David is a MACT Team Member as well as the a Clinician at L’esprit's main location, which includes intern supervision and training of new employees. He graduated with a Masters in Social Work from the Walla Walla billing program and also received a Masters in Scandinavian Literature from the University of Wisconsin. During David's internship at L’esprit he worked as a youth mentor, adult mentor, youth case manager, and adult case manager. He also served as a CSCT Therapist in Sleeping Giant Middle School for one year before shifting into Outpatient Therapy and Adult Day Treatment. Moreover, David is an avid hiker, likes to play the drums in a local band, and is also a serviceable cook.

Ginny Huff, ACLC
PACT Team Lead
Ginny Huff serves as a PACT Care Coordinator at L’esprit, bringing over eight years of experience in the mental health field. She first joined L’esprit during its early years and rejoined the organization in May 2024. Ginny specializes in trauma-informed care, working with at-risk teens, and supporting individuals experiencing homelessness.
A graduate of MSU Billings (AA), she is currently pursuing licensure as an Addiction Counselor. Ginny is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, yoga, and family time, guided by her mantra, “Peace and Light.”
Jen Eames, PCLC
PACT Employment Specialist,
PACT Outpatient Therapist
Jen is dedicated to helping clients navigate their mental health journey with dignity and respect. She holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Sociology (University of New Orleans) and a Master's in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling (Montana State University Billings), giving her a unique, systemic understanding of well-being. Jen integrates evidence-based practices to build client resilience and confidence. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals with psychiatric disabilities, working to challenge stigma and foster a collaborative environment where clients strengthen coping skills.

Carly Belew
PACT Generalist
Carly joined L’esprit as part of the PACT team, bringing dedication, patience, and a sincere commitment to supporting clients and colleagues alike. She believes in creating a respectful, safe space where people can feel seen and supported. Outside of work, Carly enjoys reading, exploring new walking routes, and connecting with friends.

Debran Anderson, PCLC
PACT Specialist
Debran Anderson earned her Master’s in Mental Health and Rehabilitation from MSU-Billings in 2011. Before relocating to Livingston, she gained extensive experience in Billings through roles in corrections, residential youth programs, Child Protective Services, and as a Volunteer Coordinator for the Montana Rescue Mission.
As a Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor, Debran combines her passion for equine-assisted therapy with a strong background in client support, program coordination, and community engagement. Outside of work, she is an avid equestrian, a mom of three, and enjoys the outdoors.

Heather Degraw, BSN, RN
PACT Team Registered Nurse
Heather is a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse dedicated to supporting the emotional and physical well-being of individuals and families. A graduate of Montana State University, her holistic and evidence-based approach is built on a diverse foundation spanning medical-surgical nursing, pediatrics, clinical research, and school health. She is passionate about mental health, wellness, and prevention, focusing on creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel heard and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. Based in Bozeman, Montana, she remains connected to her community and the outdoors through gardening, hiking, running, cooking, and spending time with family.

Ashly Holland Fry, SWLC, LAC
Outpatient Therapist, SURP Counselor, Prime Life Instructor
Ashly Holland Fry was born and raised in Montana and enjoys hiking, motorcycle riding, music, and anything outdoors. Ashly began working at L’esprit in 2020 where she is completing her first-year internship acting as the Prime for Life instructor for MIP and DUI classes. She graduated with her master's degree in Social Work at Boise State University, ID. Previously Ashly was a substance abuse prevention specialist for Southwest Chemical Dependency Program for seven years. Her duties included managing a substance abuse prevention block grant, in-school drug and alcohol prevention education, teaching alcohol serve-safe class to local alcohol retailers, and more. In the future, Ashly's goal, when she completes her education, is to work with individuals that are suffering from substance and gambling abuse as well as those that have experienced trauma.
Substance Use Recovery Program

John Thomas, LAC
SURP Supervisor
John Thomas started at L’esprit in 2020 at the Adult Day Treatment program his senior year practicum. After graduating John transitioned to the Substance use recovery program where he now provides outpatient counseling for substance use and addiction. He is focused on improving harm reduction services and education in the community to combat drug-related overdose and death. To that end John is now a certified Naloxone Master Trainer, which can provide trainings on the use of Naloxone to reverse opioid overdose and can dispense it to the public.

Carla Kent, LAC
SURP Counselor
Carla Kent started at L’esprit in 2022 as a Case Manager, and transitioned into the Substance Use Recovery Program in 2023. Carla now provides outpatient counseling to adults and youth with substance use issues. Her flexibility in scheduling provides an opportunity for clients to acquire services, in person or via telehealth, at times that work with each individual client’s situation. Carla is a certified “Prime for Life” instructor offering classes to MIP and DUI clients.

Steve Claycomb is a compassionate and personable Case Manager with a strong focus on helping clients access the vital services they need. Currently working toward his Master's in Social Work, Steve is dedicated to problem-solving and making a positive difference in people's lives. He values being easy to talk to, ensuring every client feels comfortable and supported in their journey.
Administrative Support

Jackie Saccente
Billing Administrator
Jackie began working with L’esprit in 2019 as a Substance Use Peer Support Specialist and Billing Administrator. Peer Support provides one on one interactions with peers that have overcome or are in the process of overcoming substance use and the trauma that comes with it. Her job duties include: Advocating for people in recovery, Leading recovery groups, sharing resources and building skills, building community and relationships, mentoring, and goal setting. As for billing Jackie Submits and oversees the billing for L’esprits mental health and substance use recovery programs.

Maya Stenseth
Compliance Support / Youth Case Manager
Maya joined L'esprit in 2024 as an administrative assistant. Her responsibilities include billing, ensuring compliance with documentation, and data entry and management. She is currently attending the University of Montana, where she plans to earn a CPA. Maya enjoys working for L'esprit because everyone is incredibly welcoming. She started with no prior experience in this field, but the team at L'esprit has been supportive in helping her learn the ins and outs.

Alivia Duffy
Administrative Assistant
Alivia is a 2025 graduate of Park High School, and was born and raised in Livingston, Montana. She enjoys hanging out with friends, practicing yoga, and hiking in the mountains with her dad. Next fall, Alivia plans to attend Montana State University to pursue a degree in Human Development and Family Science.

Trevor Kirn
Admin Assistant / PACT Generalist
Trevor Kirn has been a dynamic addition to L’esprit since February. Currently pursuing his psychology degree at Rollins College, Trevor moved to Livingston this past May and has dedicated himself to mastering the various levels of support within our organization. Whether he is supporting the PACT team’s backend operations or providing direct care and logistical support for our FSCT team, Trevor is driven by a passion for service. Outside of his professional and academic pursuits, Trevor enjoys time in the gym, playing basketball, exploring the great outdoors, and connecting with friends.

Weston Ensign
L'esprit Intern
Weston is an Office Support Intern and a senior at Park High School. He helps keep the L'esprit center running smoothly by assisting with daily operations, including data organization, administrative tasks, and facility support.
An avid soccer player, Weston plans to pursue college studies in Business and Sports Psychology next year, reflecting his interest in both organizational structure and the psychology of performance.

Coen Braham
L'esprit Intern
​Coen is a passionate high school student, committed athlete, and dedicated team player both on and off the court and field. Competing in both basketball and baseball at Park High, he understands firsthand the intense mental demands and pressure that come with excelling in sports. Since 2022, Coen has been developing strong interpersonal and service skills while working part-time at L'esprit. His experiences have fueled his decision to pursue a college education in sports psychology, driven by a deep commitment to exploring the crucial link between mental well-being and athletic performance. Coen aims to help others cultivate the mental resilience needed to succeed in every area of life.

Hansford Tewell
L'esprit Intern
Hansford is a high school student highly committed to athletics and the outdoors. He is a disciplined competitor in football and baseball, and an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and skiing, which fuels his passion for the natural world and conservation. While gaining valuable professional experience working part-time at L'esprit, he is preparing to attend college in 2027 to pursue a degree in Fish and Wildlife Ecology and Management.
